A local radio station has a contest called “press your concert luck.” You have to be caller 25 and then you “spin” the wheel and get a prize of concert tickets or a whammy. If you get a whammy you lose all of your tickets, or you can stop at any time and collect what concerts you’re landed on.

Well, this contest is all my friend and I talk about because I am obsessed with Bon Jovi and they have backstage passes on the “wheel” as one of the prizes. I have been trying to call and get through for about a month.

WELL GUESS WHAT? On Friday while driving home… the radio personalty said, “be caller 25 to press your luck.” I kept envisioning me getting the ringer sound. I decided to concentrate on getting the ringer sound because on previous attempts I was concentrating too much on the busy signal.

I got the ringer on the 4th try!! And was caller 25!! I was screaming!!! Then I said on the radio, “All I want is Bon Jovi tickets and I’ll quit – I am not going to be greedy…” Well, on the first spin, I GOT BON JOVI TICKETS!!! I was so excited!!!

My friend called me and we were screaming! I pick them up this week!!!
