My daughter and I were talking about the heart. I told her that the heart speaks with you. She had so many questions, how does it speak to you, how should we listen for it, how to speak with our hearts. So I told her a true story, an incident that happened to me.

I was traveling on a train, and during the night I got a strong signal from my heart that told me to keep my phone in a safe place. But I neglected that message from my heart and I lost my phone.
