My name is Joansie and I am from Durban, South Africa. Firstly I want to say thank you to the beautiful team of The Secret. These books that you have written have been the key to all of the successes I have achieved and that are too many to name. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Lately, I was going through some issues with my health and things just seemed stagnant. I was feeling stuck in a bad place of anxiety. Every morning it was a mission just getting up but what drove my day was waking up to The Secret Success Stories. I am so thankful for those amazing, inspiring stories that gave me so much strength for my day. Thank you for that, I am ever so grateful. When I read The Secret stories on this site, I said one day I am going to come here to share my story too, and here it is.

I married a Danish man and we were awaiting a response from the emigrations office on a decision for a spousal visa that allows me to stay with my husband in his country. This process they say can take up to 7 months but I also heard from others who had applied for it that it took just a few months before they received their response. I waited and this caused me some anxiety as it had gone into the 7th  month and I had not heard anything yet. I gave it to the Universe a few times in that 7 months but I guess I asked in the wrong way as my actions were not in line with my asking and belief. To be honest, I had been feeling kind of doubtful.

Two days ago as I was reading The Secret Success Stories on this site, I said to myself that it was my turn now and I am asking and believing that I have my decision. In those 2 days, I told someone that I had gotten my decision and that I was going. Even though I did not get it, I was not lying. I just had a firm belief that it was coming. I prayed to God asking him to please Magic Dust my application so I can get a favorable response.

Here I am today writing to say thank you to God, to Rhonda Byrnes, all The Secret books, The Magic, and The Secret Super App because I received my favorable response yesterday and I can now live with my husband in his country!

The lesson I learned in this process of waiting is that when you ask, you have to believe and not contradict it by having doubts. It was an easy two days when I asked and believed and I received my desire.
