Hey beautiful people.

Last year, my school held elections to elect the student council members of our school. Ever since I was a little girl, I always dreamed of becoming my team’s leader. As the election day came closer, I really wasn’t prepared at all and at the time, my life was a mess. I hated my life, myself and I hated school too. I was really depressed.

Then one day, one week before the election, my elder sister bought the book, ‘The Secret’. I was really inspired after I read it and decided to focus on my goal of winning the election. I started by being grateful for everything I had at the time and I really loved myself and others so much. I was always excited and happy to see what life had to offer.

After using The Secret, I won the election by just one vote! It was really surprising for me. I could have lost but because of my firm belief in The Secret, I won. I can’t put into words how happy and excited I was! It was surreal when the principal called out my name and invited me to the stage in the school assembly. I will never forget that day as it was one of the most beautiful moments in my entire life and I was so proud of myself.
