First of all, I want to thank every single person behind this amazing book creation. And to all the wonderful people that make this world beautiful.

Every month when I get my periods I take a pain reliever as my doctor told me to. I go easy with it and just take the medicine. So this time as well I took the medicine when I got my period. But the pain did not stop and it was just terrible. I thought it would take some time to have the medication start to work but after some time the cramps were even worse.

So, I sat back closed my eyes and even in horrible pain, I just truly, lightly and easily felt like I was feeling amazing. I repeated a few times that “I am feeling so amazing”, even with all the discomfort. And then with more excitement, I said, “Thank you so much!”. I did this just for a few seconds and then got up. I felt like doing some stretches, so I did a mere 1 or 2 stretches and then let it go. And within that time my pain did not just decrease, it actually just vanished! Completely vanished! I did this whole thing for only 2 minutes maximum!

I knew that it wasn’t the effect of medicine as I had been in extreme pain and even I would take this medicine in the past I would still feel some pain. But this time it just completely vanished like a miracle. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Ask. Believe. Let go. Just know that it is yours the moment you ask for it. And don’t worry about the rest. The whole Universe is yours and it is working in your favor if you allow it.
