Hey guys, for the last 12 months I had been really down and depressed about my weight. It started in grade 6 when I decided to wear a tight jumper and a guy commented about how I was fat and honestly I thought I was skinny! But then I had a proper look at myself and I had such a big stomach.

In July 2017 I started to read the book “The Secret “. I had not read all of it so I basically thought that all I had to say was  that I want to have what I want and it would happen. However, it was not that simple as I found out 5 months later when I started to read it again. It really changed my life. I read half of the book and then I found the movie on Netflix and I watched it and I really understood The Secret. The thing was that I found it really hard to not think negative thoughts but then I found out that the positive is way stronger than the negative. That really made me happy so I asked for a flat stomach. I really believed and showed gratitude and received. I found it hard to act like I already had the perfect stomach and act happy because I knew that I did not actually have a flat stomach. As Christmas started to come up I just focused on that and the stuff I was getting and then I transferred that happiness on to how I know my stomach is flat.

I had asked the Universe to give me a flat stomach between now and Christmas! I had tried not to focus on my stomach a lot and every night I would visualise me with a flat stomach and it would make me very happy. Then I would say that I am so thankful for my flat stomach and everything else in my life. I also found a picture of my perfect stomach and I stuck my face on the body and looked at it every day. On Christmas morning it was miracle and I was my perfect weight and I had the perfect stomach!! I did not realise that I had been actually losing weight!! Also what really helps is getting cloths to wear as if you had a flat stomach!! So now I am 46 kg instead of 52.3 kg and I am so happy. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
