My mother began getting into The Secret about a year ago. Af first I didn’t believe in The Secret. I was born clinically blind, and I need special glasses to see. Naturally I didn’t believe that it would work for me. Despite this, my mother continued to encourage me to listen to The Secret. She purchased the book, DVD, and CD of The Secret.

After a while I began to listen to The Secret CD and I even watched the video. Then I began to think, ‘What if it really does work?’ So I tried to manifest a few things, but they did not come through. I began to get discouraged and thought that The Universe was not a friendly place.

One day I walked into For Eyes, an eyeglass store and I saw this pair of glasses I wanted. I tried them on and I thought how good I looked in them. I had not had a new pair of glasses in almost six years. The pair I own now are too small and do not fit properly. The frame was bent and they fall off of my face all the time. Every day I thought about those new glasses consciously and even unconsciously. Yesterday, I was just thinking of those glasses and the incredible happened!

I woke up and began to get ready for school. We have testing going on school-wide so my first period class was longer than normal. My class was rehearsing in the auditorium of the school, because we play guitar for the school and we could be a little loud for everyone testing next door. At the end of class, I helped clean up as normal. Well, my teacher happened to turn off the light in the auditorium and I ran into a friend of mine by accident, dropping my glasses. Once I left the auditorium I found my only pair of glasses broken in such a way that I could not fix them. My mother insisted that they be replaced.

It was incredible. The Secret really does work. The Universe truly does know the fastest way to getting you what you want. I will now have that exact pair of glasses that I saw in the store in one week!
