I was given the book of “The Secret” for my birthday last week. I can’t believe how great it made me feel. I have instantly become happier and more grateful for things that I have.

Since reading The Secret I thought that I might give it a try. For a couple of days I’ve been going round with a big beaming smile on my face and feeling so happy. Several times a day I would say out loud that I’m a magnet, and I attract money. Everywhere I go I attract money. Even as we speak cheques are being sent to me in the post.

Well today when I got up, I thanked the universe for everything that I have, and how ever so grateful I am for it. I thanked the universe for letting me have a loving and wonderful family, that I’ve got a roof over my head, food on the table, money, and so on.
As I was walking to the shops I decided to see if the universe would work for me. I asked for a cheque to be delivered to me in the post today. I asked for only 1 letter to be for me in the post, and for the cheque to be it. Well later on today the postman delivered 2 letters, 1 for my mum, and 1 for me. The letter that I got was a late birthday card from my auntie and uncle, and inside was a cheque. So not only did I ask for only one letter to be for me, but for a cheque to be delivered to me. It made me feel so happy and grateful that the universe answered me, that I’ve been walking round the house with an even bigger smile on my face than from before.
