For years, I have been suffering from my awful shape and weight. My BMI was 25 and I am an Asian girl. I have a 28 inches waist which sounds really bad to girls over here. I read The Secret in Dec 2012. Then I used it to make me slimmer like those teen models and guess what?

I DID IT WITHIN 2 MONTHS !!!!!!!!

In April 2013, I made a wish to have a extremely good body shape and a better BMI of 19. I started to be thankful and grateful in my daily life and everyday before I slept, I felt I already have my perfect BWH measurement and BMI. I behaved like I am at my perfect weight and shape but I am kinda lazy to exercise so I just felt like I already got my dream shape.

I do not know why but after a week, I started searching the net about how to lose the belly fat and I read some stories here. They are really inspiring to me. So I just BELIEVE I can be like those Asian models. I did not exercise but I drink a lot of water. Every morning when I woke up, I open my eyes and said thanks to my perfect body shape.

Girls, if you think it is hard for you to imagine yourself in your perfect body shape, you can put a model picture in front of your bed, then think that you are same as her.

WOW, after two months, I measured myself. My waist 24 itches and I am at 19 BMI too! I lost 12 lbs within 2 months by doing nothing but just BELIEVE! Now I am at my dream weight of 108 lbs.

So for girls who want to have a better shape, here are some tips for how I did it.

First of all, you MUST BELIEVE you can

Before you sleep and after you wake up, you can imagine yourself in your perfect body shape ALREADY and say thanks to that “you in your imagination”.

Be thankful towards every tiny things in your life. Do not take anything for granted.

Take it easy and simple, don’t think that it is hard for you to manifest your dreams everything is possible. JUST ASK, BELIEVE and RECEIVE!
