I had been unhappily employed by a bank for over 8 years. After watching The Secret, I thought over and over again, ‘What is it that I really want?’ I truly couldn’t find the answer to that question, but I knew the answer to what I didn’t want. I didn’t want to be employed by this bank because I was truly making the money for someone else. Not only that, but the pressure I was feeling on a daily basis was overwhelming. I knew I didn’t want to be an associate of this bank any more. Then I thought, ‘Well what is it that I really want? I need to make money because I can not be unemployed, but doing what?’ Then as if I was truly looking for someone to tell me, one day my sister calls me and tells me her clients are really demanding organic cleaning services from her existing traditional cleaning product company. My light bulb just went on.

I decided to open up an organic cleaning business, since I had a lot of cleaning experience, and I’ve always wanted to help the environment in one way or another. Long story short, I left the bank against everyone’s advice, I started with only 3 houses to clean myself, and now 6 months later, I just employed my 6th cleaner. I have already more than doubled my income from what I was making at the bank and my small business continues growing, receiving great reports and referrals from customers and my future looks brighter than I ever imagined before I owned The Secret.
