I first read The Secret 2 years ago . I was amazed at how it made me feel just by reading it . At the time I had no job, so I would picture myself in an airplane and would sometimes cry when I heard them going overhead.

I didn’t have much faith at the time but continued reading, it’s actually the second book I finished reading but the first I finished in under a week. I remember I totally got caught up in other distractions and even forgot about what I wanted. My aunt had sent my c.v. to a couple of airlines and I was more worried about my new niece than my new job.

I got a call from an airline one random day and I obviously sailed through the interviews without a hitch!

I then dreamed of a car, any car would do. But for 3 years nothing, and heartbreaking decline kept showing up when I applied for finance for a car. I gave up completely. But one day I woke up tired of being declined and went about to car dealerships, 5 in total. By the time I got to the sixth one, my friend was telling me how sorry she was and sympathizing with me. But I didn’t feel it was over. The lady asked for my details and the next day I got a brand new car!

I am now in debt and I did let it get to me, but today for some reason I thanked the universe for my massive deposit of money I received. It’s not in yet but I don’t doubt for a second that it’s almost here. I can feel it and taste it and see it.

When society is against you and tells you that you can’t, you have nothing to lose. Try some deep searching, find your calm place and ask, believe and receive.
