I am a mother of one who is currently going through separation in my marriage.

Separation is something that propels me to think hard about how to support my daughter with my less than fabulous business income. I have reliable staff and few good customers. My business had been supporting itself without much of my attendance and on the surface it looks wonderful. But recently we had to start putting more money in to it just to keep it going, and just when I decided to be a single mother.

It wasn’t ideal. It was devastating. I felt like a failure in both my personal and work life. Then I remembered back in 2008 during my weakest days. The Secret had helped me experience the happiest moments in my life. I want to be that happy again. So went to buy another copy and start reading it again.

Our gross income was 3000-4000 USD a month. Which is very small, but so far manageable. After reading The Secret I decided to put a target of 7000 USD for the next month. I kept visualising reaching my target. I even did a silly victory dance way before any result appeared.

Magically, new clients started coming in. I increased our price a little bit and generated more income. By the end of the month we managed to get 7012 USD!

Then a friend gave me The Power book and I started reading it. Every day before I go to sleep and in the morning before I start my day.

The next month I increased our target to 10,000 USD. Again, magically, new customers started coming, those who are willing to pay double and triple for my work. By early in the month our income is already half of the target. So mid-month I increased the target to 11,000 USD. We just finished counting today and we reached 10,400 USD. We are not discouraged. We are excited to keep making new dreams and wishes!

My next dreams involves doubling my target and somehow getting a steady 50,000 USD income a month, doubling the number of retail stores that support our brand and go national. And somewhere in the near future, finally getting my brand into the the US market. Now, everyday I keep focusing on the things I love, and the results I want.

For my personal life I will one day have a beautiful house with a large garden for my daughter to grow.
