We were living in an apartment and we were having problems with one of the tenants living in the building. My wife and I decided we wanted a house, but we could not come up with a down payment. Well, the problem that we were having with the tenant added fuel to our decision and I started believing that one way or another we would receive the down payment for the house. IT CAME TRUE!! We ended up getting half from my grandmother and the other half from my in-laws, which summed up to $8,000; enough for the house.

Along the way, we had a setback in getting the house because my wife was in the transition of getting a new job; therefore, my income alone was not enough to get the house. I sort of panicked a bit, but I had to gear my focus again towards obtaining the house. Mind you, we were leaving to the Dominican Republic to visit my family and our plans were to be moved in to our new house before our trip. I certainly had to believe and stay positive.

I had the feeling that we would move in before we left, but being the human that I am I let negativity creep in a little. Nevertheless, I asked a cousin of mine if he would be able to help us get the house and he agreed; Gracias A Dios! Well, we had to make sure that he qualified to co-sign and he did!

The next step, was wait and see if the loan officer could get the loan together just in time before we left on our trip. IT HAPPENED!!! We moved in on the 1st of August and on the 5th of August we were on the American Airline on a trip to Santo Domingo, Republica Dominicana!!!

The Moral of the Story: Believe!!! The Mind and Spirit are two powerful components to receiving your desires as well as what is rightfully yours!!!
