In January 2018 I began to study for my Project Management Certification. I sat for the exam in July 2018 and I did not pass. This was very devastating to me! I have multiple degrees and have always excelled in academics. Honestly, I knew I was not prepared but listening to the instruction and guidance of my instructor she encouraged me to take the exam when I did. I decided to study some more to retake the exam in August. Guess what? Failed again could not understand it.

I knew the material and I spoke about the material as the instructor advised me to do, saying if they gave a verbal exam, I would ace it. This is a four hour exam that contains a lot of content. You study a wide range of material that you may not be tested on. You have no idea what is considered a passing score and when you fail you are not provided any information on what areas you should focus your studies on.

I’m a determined individual when I set my mind to accomplishing a goal I go hard until I accomplish it. I started listening to The Secret video whenever I could for inspiration and motivation. I purchased The Secret, The Magic, and The Power, completed the exercises, created vision boards and used visualization.

Today I am proud to say I am a Certified Project Manager. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Rhonda, for this wonderful collection of books. It has made me into a better person and allowed me to remove the negativity that may have been preventing me from receiving my blessings.
