Firstly, thank you to Rhonda and the team for bringing us The Secret and all the books and apps allowing us to use, refer to, and share our stories. They motivate me every day and I am grateful for this journey.

I have had The Secret book for more than a decade and practiced it on and off until March 2023. I was made redundant from my job of the past 23 years and one day, I opened my wardrobe where I stored some books. Sitting in front of me was The Secret. Somehow I was drawn to it and started re-reading and practising gratitude every day. I have not stopped since, and I know things appear in my life through being kind, joyful, grateful,

This is my second story and would like to share about a muscle ache pain I suddenly had one evening. It all started with tension on my head and somehow it travelled to my body and the muscle pain was so painful. Everywhere I touched it was aching. I used the foam roller and spiking ball to try to relieve the ache.

Usually with this immense pain I would need to reach for panadol to relieve the pain but this time I decided to use my power to ask the Universe to resolve my pain and melt it away.

As I used my foam roller and spike ball I said, “Thank you to the Universe for relieving my pain. Thank you, my body feels light and soft again.”

I decided to go to bed believing my body had recovered from the muscle pain. The next day my pain really lightened up a lot. The intensity of the pain had been reduced. I thanked the Universe again for my healthy body and my muscle pain being relieved fully. Within a day, the pain totally disappeared and I was fine again. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I practise gratitude every day, and use The Magic and The Secret books and my handmade manifestation cards. I had asked to receive this gift, so someone made them for me. Each morning I asked the Universe to guide me for the day and then selected from the book and cards. Many times both teachings were so close to each other and I feel that was no coincidence at all.

Thank you to the Universe for listening and responding to me, guiding and protecting me daily through life. There’s been many positive things that happened, such as stopping the rain. That has happened many times when I asked. Also, getting a lovely breeze, receiving unexpected money from my last employer, having more money in my account, cancelling a meetup with a friend as I didn’t feel too good to attend,  and the list goes on. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
