I got laid off from a company where I’ve worked for almost 10 years and ended a long term relationship.

I took a year off from work and went back to school to begin a new career in the medical field. After graduating from school I was broke and struggling to find work due to lack of experience. I was extremely stressed out and was running out of my last bit of savings. So, I decided to start meditating and reading material that would help me stay positive and encouraged.

I accidentally stumbled upon some website that was talking about the law of attraction and the book, The Secret, and that immediately captured my attention. I couldn’t find the book, so I watched the movie on Youtube.

The movie was very inspiring and I have already started practicing manifesting prior to watching the movie, but after the movie I just knew that the law of attraction is real! I began seeing things in a positive way even if they were unbelievably negative. I started manifesting and believing in my desires becoming true because my daughter and I deserve it!

Things that have happened because of LOA:

1. So, I’ve consistently been trying to get my foot in the door at a company where I have completed my externship. They kept saying that as soon as a position becomes available we will contact you. Four months go by and I keep missing the opportunity because they select an experienced candidate for the open position. I kept truly believing that I will get it.

Right after I spent my last savings to pay the bills, I get a call with a job offer!!

And at a location that is right by my house vs. other past locations that would take me at least 35 minutes each way to get to.

2. Again, I was still going through financial hardship. It was awesome to get that job but the start pay was nowhere near to what I used to make working for my previous employer. I was driving to work one day and I kept asking the Universe to send money my way all week; I was short on my mortgage. As I am listening to the morning radio show that I listen to all the time, I am hearing about a contest where you can win $1000. In order to win the money you had to be caller 25.

So, after trying for only 7 minutes, I got through and win the $1000!!!!

3. I keep asking the Universe to help with being able to pay my bills, to send money my way. After working for the company that hired me after my externship for 6 months, I get a call from my supervisor with an offer to get promoted to another position with a $4.00 raise an hour!!!

I can keep on listing the things that I asked for and received for on and on !!! The moral of my story is LOA is real!! You just have to believe it and be patient. I have had negatives moments but then I go back and look at and appreciate everything that I asked for and have received!
