Hi, this is Ishika from India.

I had always been so skinny from my childhood and I used to look really good. Everyone used to appreciate me because of my weight and my figure. But 2 years ago I gained a lot of weight. I used to do a lot of running because I was an athlete but then I stopped running and I gained a lot of weight. My parents and friends started asking me to lose my extra weight.

I am kind of a lazy person. Whenever I started doing a workout I was not able to complete it and then the next day I would just stop doing it. I was so depressed about my weight. I almost weighed 68 kg.

Then in July, my teacher suggested to us that we watch a movie called The Secret. So I watch The Secret movie and I got to know about the law of attraction. I also watched a lot of LOA techniques on Youtube. I started writing in my gratitude journal and I also started listening to Subliminals. I also learned to use various techniques to apply the law of attraction, like 3 X 33 and 3, 6, 9. I used to think, well, either it will work or it will not work so I was able to let it go.

I started walking in the morning and in the evening. I don’t know why I started to do that but it made me feel happy. But just know that the main surprise is that I now weigh 45 kg. I got my results so fast and I am so grateful to the Universe.
