I had been applying the premises of The Secret for the past few months. Life just seemed to keep getting better. I had a better outlook, and my positive thinking was attracting better people and events into my life.

I decided to experiment by printing out the check off The Secret website. I filled it out for $1000 and dated it for the first of this month. I posted it on my refrigerator and told my husband about it. He agreed to think positive.

About three days before the date I had written on the check, a customer contacted me by email and decided to purchase a donkey I had for sale for the past year. His price, $1000 – a higher than normal price for a donkey gelding. She told me she would send me a check on the first, the date I had written. I was so very excited, telling everyone, “See it works!”

Then the next day she called me apologizing. Her horse had sustained a severe, expensive injury, and she was so sorry, she couldn’t now afford to buy him. I was very disappointed and got thinking badly. Then I decided that night to turn it around. Here was the perfect home for the donkey. I called her back. I told her if she still wanted him I would give him to her. She was so grateful and so excited. I immediately felt better about the positive energy.

The very next morning I received a call from an out of the area client, she wanted to send three horses up to me for training. She brought me a check for $1900. and the horses to train.

I got my hoped for money, and more! And on the first of the month!

I have learned that the universe will provide what you need, just have faith.
