It started this year when all my friends started losing weight, so I was also inspired to do so. I enrolled myself to workout classes, tried my best to avoid eating but I wasn’t losing that much weight.

I then remembered The Secret! I started believing that I could lose weight by just conditioning my mind. I started believing that I could lose 2 pounds per week without depriving myself from eating, and without having to go to the gym which I did not enjoy doing. All I had to do was spend a couple of seconds before going to sleep at night to think and believe that I’m losing the weight I wanted to lose. Time and time again, The Secret has never failed me. It really works like magic. I lost a total of 6 pounds now and I’m continuing to apply The Secret to lose another 2 pounds and maintain this figure.

Next on my list is to attract a clearer face. I just went to the dermatologist and they were offering me a bunch of stuff which then made me think and decide to just rely on positivity instead. I’ll share my story on this soon.
