I was selling my mobile phone and it has been advertised in several online shopping websites for more than 2 months.

After the 2nd month that the ads have been online, with almost no inquiry for about 4 weeks, I decided to just sell the mobile phone to my uncle at a good discounted price.

On the day he got the phone, he said that he liked it and immediately paid for it. However, after about 2 hours of tinkering with it, he said that he is having a difficult time operating the phone. He being clueless and a first time smartphone/android user.

To make the story short, he regretfully returned the phone to me after several hours.

However, the amazing thing that happened is that I got several inquiries about the cellphone on the day that I thought I had already sold the phone to my uncle. I even closed the deal that night, and met up with the buyer the following morning.

This is after weeks of not getting any inquiries on the phone. I believe that the feeling and the thought of having the phone sold is what attracted the inquiries, and ultimately the buyer.

I wanted to exactly be sure at this point, what the mechanics are that brought about this attraction, and how it can be replicated to attract great things.
