So my story began about 2 years ago. I was in a relationship at the time with someone who I thought was amazing, we had some truly amazing times together and I thought that he was the one for me. After we had been together for about a year, things started to go badly wrong. I was insecure and needy and he was going through a difficult time with his family. I remember wanting to end the relationship but also thinking that I loved him and wanted to be with him more than anything. This is when I think, on reflection, I made my first mistake. I realize now, from what I have learned through reading about the Law of Attraction, The Secret, The Power and The Magic, that because I was focused on how bad everything was at the time, how he wasn’t giving me what I needed, how he didn’t appreciate me, how he appeared not to care about me and how he just started to ignore me, I had all this negative energy focused in entirely the wrong direction!! I was focused on what I didn’t want and was therefore attracting more of what I didn’t want into my experience.

The second thing that I have realized from reading the wonderful books The Secret, The Power and The Magic, is that the only person responsible for my happiness is me. I have to love me and appreciate me and you cannot rely on anyone else to do this for you, my joy comes from within. When I feel happy, I attract more things to be happy about and gratitude really does help with feeling good and refocusing your vibrations into a more positive place.

I really wanted my ex boyfriend to come back into my life for such a long time and then it occurred to me that I was thinking and focusing on the lack of what i wanted more than I was on what I wanted, I was focused on the fact that he wasn’t here rather than him being here and what it felt like when we were together and happy.

To cut a long story short, I am now in a place when what is most important to me each day is that I feel good and follow my joy, that I do things that make me happy and I make a point of feeling good. I have learned that all of my desires have been created and I have successfully completed the ask stage of the process and I truly believe that all of the things that I desire are somehow on their way into being physical manifestations. By making sure that I am happy, joyful, grateful and appreciative of what I have now, I know that all of the things that I have always wanted are due any day, winging their way to me. The most important thing is that I am now sitting back and relaxing, enjoying the process of being a deliberate creator, I am in control of my emotions and am aware of what I am creating and it feels amazing. I love my beautiful life and I am so, so, so grateful for the magnificent wonderful journey of discovery!!!!
