How do I start my story?

First I have to thank my best friend’s sister Valerie for introducing me to The Secret and thanks to all The Secret crew and all the people that wrote their stories.

My experience with The Secret began 2 years ago after break up of my 4 year relationship with my boyfriend. I thought I would never love again in my life. Everything fall apart at school and I started loosing faith in myself. I was a mess!

Four months after I broke up ,Valerie and her husband started to tell me about The Secret and she asked me to watch the movie. I did.

But like every girl that has a break up, I was asking the universe to bring me back my old love.

After a couple of months I started to think differently, love myself and started being grateful for all the little things I have in life.

Then, I found myself a wonderful man that is madly in love with me. He is treating me like a princess, like his precious doll. I cannot ask for more than what I have! 🙂

Actually I decided to write down my story not because of my love life, but because of my professional life.

Since I started to study in Medical school I wanted to do one of my rotations outside of the DR (Dominican Republic) and do it in the United States.

Everybody was asking me why since I would have to pay a lot for an apt and food. Also, not just any kind of student is allowed to do it.

I kept my faith and guess what??

In January I am going to Florida do one of my internship rotations!!

Not only I am going, but the university is giving me a place to stay in a dorm and food!! 🙂

Yes! You just have to believe and let it be.
