My story is 100% true, and now I finally understand The Secret and more importantly, how to USE it.

My entire life, I wanted to work in New York City. I am from New Jersey, so naturally everyone graduated college and got a job in the city. It showed that you are a success. But me, I was not working in NYC but in Jersey. And I was miserable.

I hated my job, I HATED the fact that I was not working in NYC. I hated myself. I felt like a failure not only to my family but myself. Worst of all, all of my friends were all successfully working in NYC! I felt like an outcast and I was disappointed.

I was introduced to The Secret a few months prior, and it really had changed my life. But I still was not working in NYC which was where I always knew I wanted to be. I also wanted to move out of my parents house as well and be on the same level as my friends: moved into my own place, and working in the City.

So finally, after a horrible week at work, I reached the peak of my frustration. I thought to myself “Okay thats it! I really need to get serious about applying The Secret to my life”

So the first thing I did was, I sat down and made a specific list of the type of job I was looking for. I even made a specific location (Midtown Manhattan) because it would be an easy commute for me. I also even made a specific start date; March 15th. Once I had my list and I knew EXACTLY what I was looking for, I started to meditate for about 10 minutes every single morning and released that positive energy into my day. I would put music on that made me happy, and envisioned myself moved out, and working in NYC. I would get so into my vision I would even cry tears of joy and I Thanked the Universe for giving me my perfect job on March 15th.

Now something everyone needs to know: I had absolutely no idea how this job would manifest, I hadn’t even applied for a job yet. All I did was put my energy into the end result, and that would be moving out and working in the city. I did not dwell on “how” because The Secret teaches us not to do that.

About one week after I started getting really serious about applying The Secret, I got a phone call from a recruiter I had worked with in the past who had an opening for me at a great well known company in Midtown Manhattan (Weird right?). She wanted to interview me right away because they had to fill the position immediately. This was a Wednesday. The following Friday (2 days later) I interviewed for the job, I knew this was MY job from the second I walked in to the building. An hour later, I got the call that I got the job!! And even weirder, my start date was MARCH 15TH! It was at that moment my heart completely stopped and I thought to myself “Oh my God, I did it” I was in utter shock on how fast this all fell into place. And I will forever be a believer of The Secret because it does work!

All this took place within a 2 week period. I want to let everyone out there know that as long as you REALLY want something, and you get really serious about applying The Secret, get specific with the Universe and you BELIEVE, then you CAN do it. You can manifest anything your heart desires and it doesn’t take much time at all! I still can’t believe within 2 weeks I was able to manifest my job. And I thank the Universe every single day.
