Let me get right into it. I am a recovering drug addict/alcoholic. I have been struggling with this addiction for over 15 years. I have tried quitting but relapsed numerous times. After years of living in darkness, I was DESPERATE for change! I’m a firm believer of GOD and would pray for him to show me ways to reverse this addiction, finally it came to me… it was Christmas of 2011 and my brother gave me The “Secret” as a gift.

I started reading it and within a week I finished it. I then started applying the LOA to my life. Instead of focusing on the fear of relapsing again, I started thinking about how great and meaningful life would be now that I have my sobriety.
