Hello to all!

First off, I want to state how fortunate and grateful I am that God let me find The Secret last summer in a random bookstore near my hometown. I had been subconsciously desiring something to help me improve my life, and he led me to it!

Before I had read the wonderful book, I had used The Secret, unknowingly, to help me commit to a college for Division I athletics, and I ended up finding my dream school, something I had been strongly wanting for a long, long time. I also had desired a serious relationship since freshman year of High School, and by the end of my year, I was dating someone who I now call my best friend. We have been dating for years now, loving each other being grateful the whole time.

Since reading The Secret I have changed my life substantially. I was always happy with my body because I was very athletic, but I hadn’t exactly been well-defined or very strong. I worked out at a ferocious rate last winter and gained lots of strength, but I was so focused on gaining weight, that I also gained fat. It was not unhealthy at all nor not ideal for the body I wanted. After going through the summer taking a break from working out and my sports, I started to shift my thinking. I started doing higher intensity exercises, at half the time my workouts used to be. Instantly I felt stronger and healthier, I imagined as I worked out, that not only were my heart and muscles getting stronger and larger but also my fat cells were shrinking dramatically. I used to feel negativity when I saw someone else who had stronger muscles and a better build than me, but I changed my perspective and became grateful by knowing that I saw this because I am as strong and big as they are, and will be even better on the sports field.

Every night went to bed thanking God for what I have and address the body that I have been given. I felt my body’s strength, I knew that I had my ideal weight and size and that everything I wanted to do was achievable.

Now I’m 180 lbs and have a very defined and incredibly strong figure that is very fast and agile. I don’t have any unneeded body fat, and I am very, very happy and grateful!

The Secret has given me so much, and I always have believed in its use. I just needed the right mentality for this goal, and once I got it, I was able to smile at my body, and know that I have what I want, and can get whatever else I want in the world.
