Hey!

I am a 18 year old girl, and in college now.

Ever since I began degree college, I wanted, very badly, to be best friends with a girl who seemed way out of my league of friends. She was beautiful, very reserved and quiet. Guys wanted to hang out with her, many girls tried spending time with her. However, we never spoke, since we didn’t know each other. Trust me, the probability of our becoming friends, was like zero out of hundred.

I decided to use The Secret. I wrote her name in my phone diary (even though I hardly use it, thanks to my mobile :P), indicating to the Universe that I would have her phone number. I also wrote another guy’s name, as I thought it would be nice to be friends with him.

Miraculously, the Universe sprinkled magical circumstances for me. One day, nobody in class wanted to attend a lecture, but I just felt like it. That girl had just come in, so she wanted to sit too. She was reading Harry Potter, and since I am like one of the craziest fans on the face of this earth, we soon got talking. I got her number 🙂 🙂 🙂

After some days, by chance, we were sitting near each other, and I saw her reading THE SECRET. That was when we REALLY got talking. It turned out we had to travel a common distance (around 10 mins) via the same route to and fro college. So we started travelling together sometimes.

We started becoming closer and closer. We laughed till our sides ached! She is a very private person, but still we and another friend of mine started hanging out together. Together, the three of us, have a blast everyday! We have sooo much fun! And we laugh laugh laugh (I crack most of the jokes hahaha). We feel so complete with each other.

Day by day, we are revealing so many secrets to each other, which we haven’t shared with anybody else. And last year itself she shifted closer to my place, so now we travel almost 2/3rd the distance together (more than an hour everyday), talking non stop! Mind you, we are the only two girls in our entire class, who travel via that route.

The magic moment for me was when I recently realized, with a jolt, that our interaction had started based on our conversation about The Secret, when I saw her reading it! It is beautiful. Every day, I am so grateful for her. The feeling overwhelms me sometimes.

And as for the other guy’s number, I got it from our manual hahaha. But I don’t really want to be friends with him hahaha. I guess the Universe always knew, but technically, got me his number :P. How endearing 🙂
