I watched The Secret movie on 2011 on Thanksgiving day and immediately got attracted to it. I read The Power and The Magic. However I had not yet completed the 28 days of The Magic practice till now. I have achieved success in finding an awesome job, healing from fever and loss of appetite, vacations etc. by using the LOA and gratitude.

This is my biggest success so far. We had been wanting to sell off our rental property since 2011 but weren’t successful because of our doubts and lack of confidence. It was our first home so we had so much attachment to the house and treated it with so much love.

We used the LOA to attract 3 different tenants in 5 years who were good, paid rent on time and maintained our rental home well. We always felt grateful for that. When our third tenant didn’t want to renew the lease because they bought a new home, we felt happy for them and grateful that they were such nice tenants.

I made a vision board and we asked our realtor to list the home for sale and for rent. We got only one very low offer which we couldn’t accept. We received applications for rent which were not very impressive. We wanted to sell the home so we could concentrate more on our career and our kids.

Five months passed without any good offers to buy. My husband started to get stressed andworried about maintaining the rental home without any rental income for so many months. We were interested in renting out to one small family who was interested but they didn’t submit the application immediately.

I realized that we can’t achieve our goal by worrying. So I took a break at work and walked around the walking trail and started to repeat multiple times, the following: “We have sold our home to an awesome, good buyer, for the full asking price in a smooth, fast, easy, good and peaceful selling process. Sellers and buyers are happy and peaceful forever. Thank you! “. I would have repeated this some 50 times in the next 1 hour.

Immediately I saw two requests for showings for sale the next day. I felt grateful and felt so happy. Within a minute after that my realtor text me saying that small family who wanted to rent our home has submitted the application and would like to meet us the next day. I felt super happy and told my husband and kids about it. The next day we met the family and really liked them. They said they will confirm soon. I hugged the home and said thanks for all the lovely time and good memories we had while living in it and for being such a wonderful rental property. I wished the home to attract a fantastic new tenant or buyer.

We reached our home and within an hour the realtor called and said the buyer who came to see it that evening would like to make a cash buying offer which was 10K less than our asking price and with a quick closing. We felt so grateful and happy! After a counter offer and within the next 30 minutes we made a deal to sell the home. The contract was signed and the process, including the home inspection, closing papers etc. went so smoothly and fast that we successfully closed the home sale exactly in 15 days on the date they promised.

We are super grateful and firmly believe in LOA , the power of gratitude and the power of God. Cash buyers are extremely rare where the property is located. When we truly have faith, believe in what we want and let go and let God, success comes at supersonic speed.
