Attracted Weight Loss!
I want to motivate you and to convince you to never, never, never give up as your dream will always come true if you just keep working on it.
I have felt fat ever since my grandfather once told me that I was fat when I was a child. And as all of you probably know, children keep in their mind what they are told and so did I as well. That is why I used to feel fat since that moment. It made me eat less and do more sports during the past years as my physical appearance was and still is a very important aspect for me. This process was extremely exhausting and stressful, and yes, I lost weight, even quite a lot, and so I got thin. However, I regained the weight I had lost before because I still felt fat. Although I was not fat and I was not even fat before, it was just my mind that told me I was.
Now, I realized that all you need to do is feel thin, or well shaped or whatever you like, no matter what you look like because you get what you feel. And that is what I did: I forced myself to believe in the power of the law of attraction and after a few days I started to feel thin. I told myself “I am getting thinner from day to day” at least 50 times, three times a day. Really helpful in order to make you believe an affirmation fast is looking at yourself in the mirror, just try it!
In some moments I was a bit skeptical about the whole thing but then I focused on my belief. Then only one day after that, my colleague told me that I had lost weight. I was so grateful for her saying that as it showed me that my subconscious mind and the law of attraction is making my dream come true in this very moment. This made me feel even more motivated and when I woke up in the next morning I had again lost weight! Isn’t that great?
