I wanted to buy a laptop. A small, white, top of the line laptop to replace my two old and bulky ones. I needed it for work and my kids needed it for school work. So I looked at sites on the internet, downloaded a picture of one I liked and made a virtual visualization board. And then of course, like I do with most things I write or do for myself, I saved it and forgot about it. I would see it occasionally and look at it, wish for it and thank God for it. That was it.

Just last month, I received a new laptop from work. Something that happened to me for the first time. Of course I was happy. I realized days later that it was the same make, model and color I placed on my vision board! Only, the Universe caught up with technology and gave me the newer version of the model I had wished for!

It was so much fun! I felt really powerful at that moment of realization. Lesson? Our mind and heart are powerful. I did not even do the focusing and other exercises but I still got it! It took a while but I did. Imagine what would have happened if I allotted more time to it?

By the way, I recently got promoted in a way I never dreamed possible. I also just wished for this knowing that it was impossible to do what I wanted to achieve without leaving my present office. But the Universe/God found a way. He created the job. He made it exist just as I had prayed for. Praise be to him!

So for those of you who dare to believe, give some time to see your dream. Even a few minutes is more than enough. You will get it soon! Just believe and thank God or the Universe!
