I am literally happy to share my story with everyone here. Thank you to Rhonda and the entire team of The Secret.

I heard about The Secret in 2012 while in high school. I totally forgot about it until a devastating experience in college brought me back to The Secret again. I used the principles for many things but I am only going to share my weight loss and ideal body.

I had been fat ever since I was ten and had wanted to lose weight for a very long time but nothing seemed to be working. Not because I was lazy, who am I kidding? I hate exercise and I love my food! Remembering The Secret, I knew that one should do what they love, and hate is a lack of love. I had been overthinking the whole weight loss thing and nothing was working because I was looking on the outside and not on the inside.

My first step was asking the Universe, what would be my perfect weight? I asked because I didn’t know my perfect weight since I had been fat my entire life. We all know that the Universe listens and answers, and my answer was 55 kgs. My second step was to love my current weight which was 88 kgs. Love is the most powerful force in the Universe so I was grateful for my weight and body. The next step was visualization. I got the perfect picture online of how I would look and almost every day I would visualize myself at that weight, smile, feel happy, and say thank you. I went further and got a top in small in size and a dress, and I wrote down when I was going to put them on.

At 88 kgs, in my mind and reality, I was already 55 kgs. I walked as I would have walked, I talked like I would have talked. In my mind and reality I was already there. I asked, believed, visualized, said thank you and guess what?!

Four months later I am now 55 kgs! I ate what I wanted and didn’t change a thing. Thank you!

I hope to inspire you to not to overthink the whole thing regarding weightloss. Know that we create from within and that your body is magical, it can do anything and you can transform it with nothing but love. Infinite power is within you. Thank you!
