I graduated from the Faculty of Arts (Major in English). I really really wanted to work in a big international company so that I can use more of my language skill.

That time, I aimed for a position of a leading international petro company. I just waited and waited for the phone to ring, without sending my resume to any other companies (I know it is stupid). That time I misunderstood how the Law of Attraction works. I thought that just visualizing and waiting is enough, but I was wrong. I felt more stressed and disappointed as time went by. Why didn’t the Universe bring me what I want? Failed, I started to send my resume to other companies and finally got a job as an auditor. No excitement, no pleasure. But it was better than none.

Working here, I didn’t have any chance to use my language skill except only answering E-mail. I had to work with math and computer system that are difficult for me to understand and enjoy. We had high workload with low pay. To be honest, the Law of Attraction was quite doubtful to me at that time.

After 3 months, I realized that I was done with the job here. I started to send my resume again to other companies, which are all huge and best-known international ones. However, none of them contacted a new graduate like me. But, I wasn’t discouraged. I would keep dropping my resume here and there until I got a better job.

One day, I saw a jobpost of a leading world-wide real estate consultant company located in an elegant building I used to dream of. Surprisingly, the offered position not only suited me well, but also didn’t require any experience. I knew right away that this was the job that the Universe at last gave to me, so without hesitation I applied for that position of secretary.

Then I made my own employee ID card with the company’s logo and my name followed by SECRETARY, and kept it in my purse. Every time I looked at it I felt like I already got the job and it was wonderful.

Three days after the card had been made, an incident happened. My desk at the office used to belong to another person, but she quit the job, and so recently I moved there in place of her. Some papers were still left in a drawer, but I didn’t have any intention to take a look yet. It was my colleague who asked me for some documents and I thought it might be in there, hence, I fumbled in the drawer. Unbelievably, the only thing I picked out was a real ID card of the real estate consultant company I dreamt of!!!!

Almost a month after that, that company called me for a test followed by an interview. After that, I told myself every day that, “I am a secretary of … company,” and also visualized happily that I already worked in the new office.

At last, I got the call welcoming me as their new colleague!!!!!!

It might take some time, but you can be sure that the Law of Attraction is working for what you want the most. All you need is a bit of patience, powerful intention, and great effort. Don’t be discouraged!!! Keep going until you get it!!!
