A 180 degree change in life
I was your typical person; I lived life from day to day not thinking about the consequences of my thoughts and ultimately how I responded to day to day events.
I finished university and moved to Australia with the hope of finding a job. However things did not turn out the way I expected them to and I began to doubt that I would ever find a job; even when I had a job interview I kept thinking that there was no way they would choose me, and they didn’t. Finally I saw a job that I wanted, applied for it and hoped for the best. It was around this time that I realised something had to change.
A few days later I was in the library finding books to read to pass the time (I was unemployed and didn’t really know many people where I had moved to.) I happened across The Secret, a book I knew of but hadn’t really given much thought to before now, picked it up and within a few hours I realised that this book would change my life. And within a week it had!
I visualised the job as being mine and believed unconditionally that I would be successful in obtaining it. I had the interview and continued to think positive and successful thoughts and a few days after my interview I got the job. They didn’t even go through to the second round of interviews! Literally within a week I had gone from down and out to having a job which I love to bits.
Since then I have used The Secret every day; and I know instantly when the Law of Attraction is working against me (you notice it when you’re having bad days and I now know how to change it).
Then the other day I was in a rut; I had just given up smoking cold turkey and I started to feel negative thoughts and nothing was working out that day. I realised that my life was suffering again through my negative thoughts and I re-tuned my thoughts to be positive. Later that day I happened to be in a book shop where The Power was just being put on the shelves and I knew instantly that I had attracted this into my life.
Since learning The Secret and now The Power, I can’t believe how much my life has changed and I feel grateful every single day because of this.
