While surfing the internet I recently came across The Secret page, out of curiosity I downloaded the video. After watching the video I could connect to it so much, everything, every word because it had worked for me.

When I was young, my parents became jobless and we started living hand to mouth. I wasn’t worried until one day everything was sold. Television, fridge, furniture, everything. Now I felt poor, they had taken everything but what no one could take away from me was my faith. After thinking for a while I went to my mom and gave her a date, saying that on this day you and dad will get a job, better than the earlier one and we will get back all that we had lost. My mom listened to what I had to say and kissed me thinking how childish it was. But this lite her up with a smile which made me feel less poor. Little had she known that it would work but it worked.

On the same day I had mentioned to my mom, my dad appeared with chocolates and the offer letters in his hand. When mom asked how he got it she was surprised to hear what happened. My dad’s uncle who was the minister in the government had called him to collect the offer letters because he had seen his furniture being transported and digging deeper he had come to know about what we were facing. So he used his position and got them the jobs in order to help. My parents were surprised and couldn’t believe what had happened which made me surprised because to me it was bound to happen.

That day I realised that there is something. Something that helps you, something that guides you. I kept telling people but no one believed me. That shook my faith and as I grew, my faith started decreasing and I started looking for the logic in it. I could not find it until I was introduced to The Secret. The Secret has helped me find that logic. Now I believe both in magic and logic because believe it or not, magic is backed by logic but why know logic when you can experience magic. Now I just breathe and think magic because logic is not my department.
