I have been familiar with The Secret for about year and a half now. The Secret came into my life when everything was wrong. I had made some decisions regarding business and my career that later on turned out to be not only catastrophic but even dangerous for my personal life. To make it short, instead of huge success, my life had turned into a nightmare. Guilt came into my life. I could feel people were looking me with this strange look, making me feel even more guilty. And guilt and fear in combination, for me, there is nothing worse than these two emotions. If their vibration could be measured, they would be declared as the the most toxic of all emotions.

I lost my friends and money. As a result I became very, very depressed. From the extra super, successful lady I was I turned in to a housewife. What a disappointment! I couldn’t find any happiness in my life and of course, our thoughts are what and who we are. So it was not surprising that the vibration of my thoughts had influenced my physical appearance and health, and I mean that in the worst possible way. I gained weight and got sick but this wasn’t the saddest part at all, I simply lost that radiance that I always had and everybody knew me by that. This was truly breaking my heart.

So I started practicing The Secret methods. With really small steps I learned to increase gratitude. I made myself write a list of gratitudes every single day, even if it wasn’t always easy. And yes, this is so, so hard when you are down, but stay optimistic and the result will come. Just writing will not do, you have to feel gratitude in the area around your heart, that is The Secret power of the Universe that can move mountains. In my case it took me more than one year to feel changes in my life,  you can imagine how bad it was. The hardest thing for me was to grab that 51%,. After that my brain finally opened for positive things that were around me, when before I just could not notice them.

The first positive change was after long years of complications and waiting, I sold my really expensive house. That allowed me to make a brighter future. I finally bought another one without my mother in law, who had constantly spread toxic emotions for years in my family. As for a job, I still do not have one yet but it will come. And if it doesn’t, it just means that it is best for me simply not to have regular job. So I am not going to panic regarding that issue because I understood there is a reason for everything. Life is simple too short and for now I am simply grateful that I can spend more time with my family and friends. I have stopped thinking that I will die from hunger if I don’t go to a regular job.

Recently I went for a medical check for my heart and after a previous bad diagnosis they told me everything is OK. Mamma mia, it was like winning on a lottery ticket for me because I have two small children and would love to watch them grow.

I guess this is my message: Even if your life doesn’t change completely, if by practicing The Secret you gain just one simple positive change in your life, it is still miracle. I can say from my own experience that there is nothing more valuable than being mentally stable and in peace with yourself, having respect for yourself and for other people around you. Everything else is just a cherry on the cake.

Thanks to Rhonda and her precious team for helping me realise that with gratitude, changes are possible. I have made a path to my cherry, now I will have to put some extra effort in to bring a cake into my life as well.
