I have suffered a few episodes of depression since the time I was in my 20’s. This time when the episode hit me, I saw a new low. So much so that for a while, I found myself unable to even practice the teachings of the ‘The Secret’ and the ‘The Magic’ which I had been doing prior to this. Fortunately for me, I have started these practices again. I kept saying to myself  ‘I will find the right therapist and I will heal’.

I have been led to the right doctor and I am on my way to being a mentally healthy, whole human being. Every morning I say to myself, ‘I am healing’ and give thanks to my family and friends who stand by me, come what may.
