There were a lot of times when it seems like LOA and the power of imagination did not seem to work, even though I did the things that were listed in The Secret. I would imagine myself as having it fervently, write about it and tuck it in random places, meditate to focus, do my hardest to get rid of negative thoughts, make gratitude lists, and so on. Doubts would then surface in my mind that this might be too good to be true after all.

But then one day an insight came to me. I really want an increase in my finances but I caught myself thinking money drives people to be bad, and I don’t want to be bad. Then I wanted to win something but I caught myself saying there is nothing free in this world.

Oh, wait a moment. Have I been thinking paradoxically all this time? Have I been unconsciously blocking myself??

This thought repeatedly came to mind and the pattern became clearer. I sat down in my room two weeks ago and started listing what my beliefs are and why do I think that way. Then I sorted out which belief no longer serves me and acts as a block and replaced it with new beliefs!

The moment I did this, LOA works amazingly! Yes, It does!

Here are some of the things that have happened since:

1. I thought to myself it is time for me to take a trip/vacation to another country. I did not know how, but I believed and knew I would go. I started saving for travel funds, aiming for April.

Three days afterwards a friend called me and told me he bought a plane ticket for me to go to his country for my birthday! Now, I usually hesitate on receiving “big” things like that but I am working on receiving, otherwise the Universe will sense it and stop making things happen for me because I won’t receive it. Not anymore! I am immensely grateful and received it. I am going!

2. By learning receiving, does not mean to stop giving. I think I was thinking that I don’t have enough of money or time when I hesitate on giving. So I was focusing on the lack of it, not the abundance of it. I made a pact of giving more and guess what?

The more you give, the more it comes to you! It is true!!!

3. My Mom wanted an iPad and I told her she will have one this Christmas. A party I went to had a door prize. I had this sense of knowing I will win it and imagined myself going to the stage to receive the grand prize.

You guessed it, they called my number for the grand prize! Yep, it was an iPad Air! Mom is happily using it now. Thank you!!!

4. My visa to go to my friend’s country was granted effortlessly and very quickly despite the hectic Christmas season. What’s more, I made a mistake in the address but it magically was delivered safely to me! 😀 Thank you!!!

5. I made a goal to raise my funds for my trip. I didn’t ask much, just an extra $100 since I am currently in between jobs right now. The universe and God is being so kind to support me and opportunities to earn extra money appeared. I got my $100 along with $200+ bonus in a week. Instead of spending extra money for the shuttle to the airport, my Dad suddenly had time off and offered to take me without me asking him. I just thought to myself I want to go there with a car instead of bus because it is a morning flight so I will be on time. Yay! Thank you!!!

There are many more. If LOA or The Secret may not currently be working so well for you, please learn about your unconscious block and clear it! You will be amazed at how rewarding, humbling and eye opening the experience is.
