My story starts out when I was about 21 years old. I watched The Secret right when it came out to the public because like many others, I was searching for something else in life, the good life, success, happiness. I watched The Secret over and over until I could finally feel good thoughts and figure out the direction I wanted to go. I had no job, no income, no idea how I was going to do anything with myself because all I knew was BMX because that has been my life and the only thing I focused on for years.

Well as many people know, BMX doesn’t pay much. It was a great hobby for me but I was looking for bigger and better. I started imagining buying my own house in SugarHouse UT, 5 minutes from downtown SLC. I imagined my home having a red door. Every night I went to bed, I focused on this and would start to get butterflies in my stomach as if I had bought the home.

Shortly after, I had been focusing a lot on what I wanted for my future. I got sponsored by an energy drink company for BMX. I wanted to work for the company as well so they started me off as a Brand Ambassador and I kept my focus, worked hard and made my way up the corporate later. I became a Sales/Marketing Manager for a different beverage company. One year later, I had great income and long story short, I ended up buying a home in Sugarhouse that happen to have a red door! All this happened within 3 years of watching The Secret.

After I bought my dream home, I decided I wanted a dream car, The Volvo C30. It’s not tons of money, but still a great amount. The color I wanted was very rare, “Cosmic White with Java Brown Trim”. The car is rare in itself since they only let so many in the U.S., so I was on the look out for any color but I couldnt afford it due to my new mortgage and bills I had gotten the past few years. I put the exact car/ color on my computer background. I had a photo from the outside of the car and the next week a photo of the inside as if I were in the driver seat.

6 months later, my Mazda started to die after driving it for 8 years. I am always looking for the Volvo C30 on classifieds, but no one ever sells them. One day, mid January when my car was on its last leg, I jumped online and BOOM, saw my dream car, The Volvo C30 in Cosmic White with Java Brown Trim! I couldn’t believe my eyes but I still had no clue how I would afford this, but I kept a good heart and good mind.

Three days later, I filed my taxes and my return was triple what I have ever gotten in the past. At the same time, one of my friends offered me 5k for my Mazda since it looked brand new, but he would order a new engine for it. After the two miracles happened, I was able to buy my dream car that I now so thankfully drive.

Now after all my dreams started coming true, I decided to start my own company called Sockless Socks LLC. I imagined having great investors who love the product but will also bring more to the table besides just money which in most peoples minds is wishful thinking. I’m proud to say I bought on 4 amazing investors, actually just added 3 of them mid way through writing this story and I can’t stop smiling! I am once again blown away by this Secret.
