Just a few months ago, I was a tired, pessimistic, and suicidal young lady. I was introduced to The Secret many months before that, but I guess I didn’t have faith in it. I thought that it was all too good to be true.

Just last month, I remember clearly being frustrated with the state of my finances. As a part time tuition tutor, I was barely earning $400 a month. Although it wasn’t a question of survival, as my parents are supporting me and in terms of food, bills, etc, I was frustrated as I didn’t have the ability to buy the things that I desired, more specifically luxury goods like an iPhone or a branded bag, etc. I had enough just to save for a new piano and buy meals in school. I knew I deserved so much more in life and that realisation drew me to The Secret again.

I sent my order to the universe: by 15th November 2010, I will be earning at least $1000 per month. Just a few days after that, I got a call to take up another tuition assignment, and now at 29th October, I’m earning $840 per month! It’s not $1,000, but I’m sure the balance will come by 15th November. 🙂

In addition to that, I’ve always dreamed of an iPhone and this exquisite looking Bonia bag which costs $400 dollars. I believed that if I saw it in my mind, I will hold it in my hands. Sure enough, as I’m typing now, my new iPhone is safely tucked in my new Bonia bag :)) and the best part is, I got my iPhone for only $60 dollars (it’s a long story, but I attracted it through my thoughts). I’ve also told myself that I will be driving to school every day in a black jaguar car by November 15th next year, and I’m sure it’s on its way pretty soon.

P.S. Just before I typed this story, I saw a black jaguar drive past! It’s definitely on its way, I’m very sure.
