Dear Rhonda,

I come on this site reading everyone’s inspirational stories every day. I kept saying to myself that one day when I achieve my goals I am going to write my amazing story. Then it hit me, I will always keep waiting on that one day. I have achieved amazing things my whole life and especially since discovering The Secret in 2008.

THANK YOU for changing my life and bringing meaning into it. While at a job that did not compensate me enough for daily living, I overheard two co-workers talking about The Secret. They brushed it off but I was totally interested by the dialogue they were having. I asked questions and one of them said they would bring it in. Well, it never happened, and for a couple of months it slipped my thoughts until one random day that conversation simply popped into my mind. I was intent on finding this movie. I tried a few stores with no luck. I started to think, did I have the movie title wrong?

Then a thought struck me to try going into this particular bookstore that I prefer not to shop at due to its expensive prices. I asked the salesperson did they have a movie called The Secret, and he said yes. It was very pricey, more than what I intended to pay. The salesperson helping me suggested that I try the store across the street. I have already tried this store chain and doubted it would be there but I went on his suggestion because I so desired to have this movie without even knowing what it was about. Well, I found it just as the salesperson said, and for much less I might add. That’s amazing in itself.

I took it home immediately and watched. It was the most amazing thing that I came across and it explained so much. I was captivated by all the amazing teachers in this movie.

I watched before going to work, after work… it became my life. I shared it with my Mother, Sister, Niece, and Nephew. I visited the website and found there was a book. I had to have this book and found it with little effort. My little Nephew wanted a copy of the book so I bought him one, as well as one for my Niece. My Nephew is already putting it to work. He sees himself as one of the world’s greatest scientists, and I know it will happen because he knows it.

I bought vision boards for the three of us. I had some successes with the LOA all of my life without even realizing what it was. This whole experience sent me on a quest for knowledge. All the books I have read, the speakers, teachers, transformational leaders I have listened to, have totally transformed me into a much happier and more knowledgeable person. I feel my mind expanding every day. I love learning about this and I desire to continue to learn as much as I can and do my part to share it with the world. I love reading the stories on The Secret’s website because they give me strength and encouragement to go on when I am down.

As a child and adult I was never happy and felt I didn’t belong. I was always looking up to the stars and asking why was I here on this earth with tears in my eyes. I finally have my answer, to be happy and experience joy. How simple of an answer could that be? My hope is to help others to find their happiness. Everyone should be happy and I love being around happy people!

I visualize every day working at my dream job which pays me at least 50% more than the job I am currently at. I visualize owning my successful business, marrying the man of my dreams, owning my dream home, and having financial security. I know that these are all mine now as long as I hold to my faith. Today and every day is my day to create. I always said I am going to accomplish something that no one has ever done and I will write to you Rhonda and the rest of the WORLD when this happens.

I am so happy and grateful every moment of the day. I carry my Gratitude Journal all the time. Anything that you offer, I am receiving. 🙂 I love saying “thank you” and smiling any time I can, even if it is for the smallest thing in the world. Anything I want I know I can have. I asked for a burnt orange and black colored butterfly as a sign that I am receiving everything I desire and sure enough it flew and sat next to me without flying away. Tears came to my eyes because it was absolutely amazing.

I asked for a way to get to my car without getting drenched from the rain and a complete stranger offered to share her umbrella and walk me to my car.

Last week I was craving Chinese food and I just knew before the week was out someone would treat me to it and someone did. I can go on and on.

We all have this amazing power within us. We just have to know it and believe it.
