I’m a 20-year old boy who’s studying at the university. I’ve been in love with a girl for two months. From my perspective, she is the perfect soul mate for me. I can still recall the first time I saw her in class, the breath-taking moment is the signal that I would never forget.

You may conclude here that I’m in love with that girl.

After one week of hanging out in the campus I decided to confess my love to her, so I did. She said ‘Adam, let’s be friends first, just take it slow,’ I was really crushed at that moment but I kept my faith.

Amazingly, after that awkward confession, we developed a further connection, we liked each other and enjoyed the company. We saw each other almost every Monday and Tuesday in class and also in the library. Everything’s going the right way. Moreover, I asked her out for a dinner a couple of times, and she said yes.

The last date we had was a heart-breaking one. She told me after the date that ‘Adam, things between us aren’t working out.’ I was almost doubting the purpose of my life when she told me that. I thought that is the end of the story. To anyone, it must be reasonable to say it is the end of the story..but..it wasn’t it.

I knew that the Universe would bring the person I’ve always wanted if I kept the faith and kept the right frequency. I never lost my hope between me and her although everything after that became very stressful to endure. Nevertheless, with my little faith, I visualized one day she would text me with a sentence ‘Adam, I need you…’When I was visualizing that image I had absolutely no clue how could that happen and I only knew that it would happen because the universe is on my side and it is responding to me all the time, no exception.

Nothing happened for the following 2 weeks….3 weeks…4 weeks…my faith is getting smaller and smaller…until…

That night I was at my home doing my homework, I almost forgot about the text message thing cos it had been a while. I got occupied with the work so I wasn’t even paying attention to anticipate the message coming. It was almost 11 and I thought it’s time for bed. So I packed up my books and was about to go to bed. SUDDENLY, OUT OF BLUE, THE SOUND OF NEW MESSAGE came and I was thinking ‘okay…you gotta to be kidding me if that is the message…my mind is going to be blown out completely’.

That IS her message and I JUST COULD NOT BELIEVE the words appearing on the screen were ‘Adam…I need you..’

‘Adam…I need you’

My eyes full of tears and my throat started being choked up because I was so amazed – and finally she loves me back!

I picked up my phone with a shaking hand, typed ‘I’ve always been there for you’

Now we are having THE best life together that I can ever hope for, I’m so grateful and so happy to the Universe and I’m living as a person with full of love and passion. She said ‘Adam, I don’t know why but, since I said no to you, there has been a inner voice keeping telling me that I love you and it moved my thoughts.’ I love her, and my love loves me back.
