I was devastated a few months ago when the LOVE of my life broke up with me; he is my forever, my soul mate! Following the break-up, I tried everything to win him back; however, the more I showered him with affection, the more he pushed me away.

Then, upon taking my family’s advice, I decided to leave him alone, and let him come back to me. Just a few days after making this decision, I knew I needed an emotional boost, which is when I decided out of nowhere to read The Secret. I immediately became engrossed in the book and its teachings. I’ve made a Vision Board and tested the LOA in the first week, and was successful in drawing a VERY specific item to myself, so I gained Faith in the Law.

Interestingly, during specific moments when I found myself feeling weak or sad or doubtful that The Secret could work for me, I encountered signs whereby the Universe was telling me to keep the Faith. For example, upon walking to work, I’d just had an emotionally bad time the previous evening, and that morning, as I was walking in, I was trying to get myself back on track with my positive thinking when I saw a man walking toward me with a black t-shirt w/white writing that said, “BELIEVE.” This immediately made me smile; I knew it was the Universe telling me that I had already successfully accomplished the “ask” step, but I needed to really focus on the “believe” step in order to “receive.”

In addition, I’ve started reading The Master Key System, and I’m so impressed with what a revolutionary Charles Haanel was; I have learned so much about utilizing the LOA for our desires. The best and most uplifting thing I’ve read in his book so far is this: “Whatsoever things ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them and ye shall have them.” (Mark 11:24). This amazing piece of scripture has spoken to me in so many ways, and as Haanel points out, it emphasizes the fact that we have no limitations placed upon us in what we desire, all we have to do is perform the mental labor of having complete and utter FAITH that God/Universe will deliver what we ask; our job is easy, let God bring it to you.

So, my friends, just as I am doing with my situation… Have patience (it’s a virtue), trust the Universe to move all people, circumstances, and events to manifest what you desire, and have FAITH…BELIEVE!!! That’s all we need to do. 🙂 And be happy as you trust that the “dreams of the dreamer come true.” (Haanel).
