Hi Rhonda,

I am a young girl in my early twenties and had been in a constant struggle the last few years in various areas of my life. I had gained a lot of unwanted weight, burned bridges with people in my past, and battled a love/hate relationship with my job. I had never really believed in myself or had the confidence to make the necessary changes in my life to be happy.

I learnt about The Secret in 2006 when I was a teenager going through depression and have always had it in the back of my mind. Things slowly started to get better in April 2011 but I still found myself at the same place feeling unhealthy, stressed from my job, and dissapointed in myself. I was always fighting against my own thoughts and giving up too quickly when I would try to manifest things. I didn’t think I was a strong enough person to accomplish what it was I really wanted and knew I deserved in my life.

One day it was a slow day at work and I wrote an email to a favorite website asking to help me with my self doubt so I could get through the things that were keeping me unhappy. It was my way of asking the universe to help me believe in myself. I didn’t expect to receive a response but was astonished when I did. My email even got displayed on the website and there were many kind words of encouragement that started me back onto the path of positive thinking.

Since then so many things have changed in my life. I have lost most of the unwanted weight and have an active healthy lifestyle, I had passed an important exam for my job that was causing me stress and it has created a lot of opportunities; I am enjoying my job a lot more now. I am way more confident and stress-free and am living a fufilling life.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU for finally giving me the ability to realize what strength I have to turn my life around. I now actually believe I can do anything I put my mind to and am not afraid to ask the universe for help.
