Hi All Secret Lovers.

I am back with my second story here. Thanks to Rhonda once again for giving us such lovely wisdom which we can easily enforce in our daily lives. My first story was about my irregular periods which is now cured. Now this story is about my amazing weight loss.

I have been overweight since birth. I never knew what it was like having a normal body. I was constantly teased about my weight in school. All this made me turn to food for comfort, especially sweets. My negative body image made me gain rapid weight. I gained 10 kilos per year in school and I weighed 105 kilos in my final year of school. My weight remained the same hence. Because of my excess weight I got PCOS which I have mentioned in my earlier story. I had remained in that same stage, until now!

The Secret stories that I have read here have made me realize that I am the cause of all this weight gain due to my negative body image. I know that I can eat whatever I want, how much ever I want and be my perfect weight of 65 kgs.

My mother rejected me at birth because she had to suffer a lot in labor due to me being an overweight baby. She later made up for it but that initial rejection must have affected me deeply. Also she gained a lot of weight a year after I was born and somehow I felt I was responsible for it. My father and everyone else gained weight in my family and we were all heavy so I thought that this was hereditary.

Well you know what I have realized? That was all rubbish!!!

I cannot be responsible for other people’s weight problems, as I did not choose for them. It was their own beliefs which led to it. And I have proved it. I now eat whatever I want to eat, whenever, wherever and how much I want to. Ain’t that wonderful? All my cousins are slim and trim and so am I. 

I have a sweet tooth, so what? I can eat them bravely now because I completely believe that I will always be 65 kgs. Come what may, I choose to be 65 kgs and I donated the rest of my excess weight to the universe to distribute to those who need it.

What I did was simple. I simply believed that I was worth my weight in gold. I learned to love myself so much. Since everyone loves gold and it helps in many ways, every night I imagined the universal genie take from me how much ever it needed. I had 50 extra kgs to give away and every morning I woke up feeling slimmer, lighter and a whole lot better.

Now I can fit into ready made clothes, my size is L down from an XXXL and my mom is astounded every time she sees me. She hugs me and loves me every moment of every day.
