When I first came across The Secret I was at a low stage in my life. My job was really bad, I was an apprentice electrician working for a really mean man who worked for himself. I was worked to the bone doing 13 hour shifts most days for very bad pay and my weekends consisted of heavy drinking. My old car was causing problems every few weeks and I never had a penny. My mood was low constantly and my thoughts were not good.

One day I decided that I had to start thinking positively about the situation I was in and start focusing on the good things I had in my life. In that week I was introduced to The Secret by a friend which I believe was the universe working it’s ways when I began to try to think positively.

My life began to change rapidly. I began to get very little hours to work from my boss, eventually leading to no contact for almost two weeks. I had began looking for anew  job elsewhere already. In this time off work I began to focus on what I wanted, which was to have more money, better health, a better body and to be more happy overall. And, a new car!

I now work in a fairly well paying job. I work 6 am to 1 pm, five days a week. I go to the gym every day because I now have the time and freedom to do so. I also work most weekends which keeps me away from partying, leaving me with a lot more money. I was also given a very good car from my uncle for very cheap. This was all within the space of just a few months that this has all happened to me.

The Secret showed me that by focusing on what I want and believing it will come and working my hardest for it, anything is possible. I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for me next.
