Whatever You Wish For Will Come True.
I was born in a rural town in the Central-Eastern European country of Hungary to a family of agricultural workers. My mom was the first in generations to go to university. My father died when I was a baby, and we lived in precarious financial conditions. A couple of years later my mom remarried, which unfortunately brought a stepfather with substance abuse issues to the family. And then my sister was born. All I ever wished for was a happy family and a happy home. I have dreamed of a big family with happy faces all around us.
Then around 2010, my mom read The Secret, which changed our entire lives. By 2012 she was divorced. She bought her ex-husband’s share of our house, and that was it, he was out of our lives. The same year she met the love of her life and for 9 years now, I have a beautiful, complete family, a happy, peaceful home, a large family with step-siblings and new cousins.
When I was young, I was so poor that we were not able to afford to buy cheese. Today, my mom’s career is exceeding all her expectations. She owns 2 properties, a brand new car, and is set for a very comfortable retirement with her savings. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Universe!
About me: Ever since I was young, I wanted to work in the humanitarian sector. How is it possible that a teenager from a rural town has this dream? In my country, most people have never heard of this kind of work and thought it entirely impossible when I announced at the age of 17 that I was going to work for the United Nations. I am 30 now and I already have worked for two UN agencies in my life. I was offered a full scholarship to one of the best universities in the world in France, where I studied in a specialized program for humanitarian practitioners. The living expenses in France were extremely high, but I miraculously received all kinds of different scholarships that paid for my entire stay there and more. One day I decided that I wanted to live in the Middle East, and I got an internship in Egypt. My scholarships continued and I had the best 2 years of my life in France and Egypt.
But then COVID-19 came. I was devastated and terrified that after finishing my Master’s degree I would be out there during the biggest economic crisis since WW2, looking for a job. I was so afraid that I had panic attacks.
Then I read Hero. I asked the Universe to give me a job at an organization that I could identify with and whose work I was passionate about. I visualized day after day working with amazing, kind people, doing something that I loved for a big goal that would keep me going. Today, I work for the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. With my work, I contribute to the lives of people. What I do, matters for the world, and I can completely identify with the vision of my workplace. I have the best boss and the best colleagues that a person can dream of.
Right now I am using The Magic and it’s 28 days of practice. Two days ago I wrote a Magic Check for myself, and today I received 25 times the amount that I wrote on the check! 25 times more! I had inherited a small piece of land, very bad quality, somewhere in the middle of nowhere, and a miraculous buyer gave me a lot more for it than it was worth.
My next goal is to find my husband and build a family of my own. I have faith that as with everything else, it will also manifest itself in the perfect way for me.
Thank you Rhonda Byrne for sharing The Secret, Hero, and The Magic with us. They really did change my life. I am grateful.
