Weight Loss Within A Few Months!
I have struggled with my weight since I was a teenager. I was fed up with the dieting. Nothing would work, I would lose the weight, keep it off for a while then gain it back. One day I woke up and decided I wouldn’t do it anymore and started to eat what I wanted to eat whenever I felt like eating.I was not exercising because I was busy with school and work. I was happy with my body, even though it was not the body I wanted. I would wake up every morning and write in my gratitude journal about how happy and grateful I was for the weight that I wanted. Every time I walked past a mirror I would tell myself how beautiful I was and how happy and grateful I was for my weight.
A few months after I started doing this I weighed myself and was shocked! I didn’t even know I lost weight. I weighed the exact weight that I wrote about in my gratitude journal. I was getting compliments from so many people. It’s been a few months and I still eat anything I want and I have not gained back any of the weight that I lost. Thank you to The Secret!
