Here is my story :

I had always been underweight. I felt really low in my confidence and I had tried every other method out there to gain weight. Believe me, they just did not work. Maybe I would put on a few pounds but my ideal weight seemed so far to reach . I had known about The Secret so I decided to watch the movie again. It was after watching it that I decided I would gain weight with the help of the Universe.

Here’s what I did: I visualized every day. I wrote my ideal weight on a piece of paper and stuck it on my weighing machine. I expressed gratitude to the Universe for my ideal weight. I did what ever I could do to be in or have the feeling of my ideal weight and I really felt good about it.

My friend had been out of town for a month. So I told myself that by the time he comes back I would be in my ideal weight. I then visualized his reactions to my change and I really believed it would happen and then I let it go. Guess what?

In just 14 days I gained 2.5 kg and that felt just amazing!

Fellas and to all those people out there, focus on your end result, believe in it completely, visualize it and let it go. It will happen! It really will happen if you really can feel and believe it.
