I had put my house on the market to sell for over a year and there are some interest but I never had any real offers. Last December me and my husband decide to bring our children back to the UK for their education. I engaged a few agents to market the house but I had to return to Singapore to work as the house was still not sold. I kept asking the Universe for clue about what I must do to get the house sold.

I turn to The Secret website to see what others had been doing do to sell their homes. One of the stories inspired me to talk to my house and explain why I need to sell the house. I did just that. I sat in the empty house and recalled all the happy memories we had in this house and I was thanking the house for the wonderful time we had. I told the house why I needed to sell it and hoped that the house would help me to find a buyer that very week as I had a big bill to pay for our business. The next 2 days I focused on visualizing the property being sold and saw it in my mind. I accepted the cheque from the female agent.

On the 3rd day my estate agent called me and told me there is a serious offer from a developer. My agent came with a female co broke agent and she presented the offer cheque. The amount was just a little short of my asking price. I am very happy and totally grateful for the Universe for helping me. I will be using more of The Secret to manifest more of my heart desires!
