So, here’s how The Secret worked for me:

Last year I met a guy who I thought was the perfect guy for me. After a few months in the relationship, I started to feel doubt and fear. Around Christmas, I talked to him in the morning and everything was fine, but when the evening came and I talked to him again, I noticed that he was different. He changed his whole way of being just like you’d turn a page in a book. I wanted to know what happened because he also changed this way of behaving with his sister, who is my best friend.

After a few more weeks, I talked to him again and he told me that he wanted out of this relationship. I told him that I agreed, although it hurt me very much. I haven’t talked to him or seen him since before Christmas, but when Easter came I went to a picnic with some friends and he came with his new girlfriend. When I saw him, I discovered that I didn’t have any feeling of love for him, that he only gave me a feeling of disgust.

So I had fun and talked to my friends, without even looking at him again the whole time I was there. On the way back home, we stopped to fuel the car and as I was sitting in the car waiting for my friends to come, I saw a very, very handsome guy with beautiful eyes, wearing a red shirt, passing in front of the car. And he was looking at me, too. He came to the car and started to talk to a friend he knew that was with me in the car. My friend introduced us, and when my other friends came and we left.

Later that evening, the guy calls my friend on her cellphone asking to meet me. The next day, I went with my friend to bring some relatives from another town for a family reunion. Later, we drove them back. On the way back, I called the guy and we arranged to meet that evening. I went to his house with three of my friends and had something to drink. One by one, my friends left and I stayed to talk to him. Since that night we never got separated again. I feel like I’ve known him all my life. He is exactly as I imagined my soul mate to be. And I know that he is the one. It’s been 15 days since we got together and from the second day we’ve been making wedding plans, and every person that we met with asked us when are we going to marry. I also get along very well with his parents and his three brothers.

After all the pain that my ex- boyfriend caused me, thanks to The Secret, I am now very happy and I’ve met the love of my life.

I tried to use The Secret to bring my ex back into my life, but the Universe gave me someone much, much better than him. And all I did was to be happy with myself (because of my ex I started to hate myself, but after reading The Secret more than five times and watching the movie more that ten times, I decided to be happy and to appreciate myself, because I wasn’t the problem, he was, and when I decided to let go of him, the very same day I met the one I’m going to spend my whole life with), to be grateful for what I have, to treat people around me with love and appreciation, to only focus on what I wanted. The only think I wanted was someone to love me exactly for who I am (and I got that), and from now on I will accomplish anything I want using The Secret because, for me, love and the happiness that love gives me is all the fuel, the power, and the motivation I need to get the life that I want. And I will continue to teach others about The Secret because it’s another thing that makes me happy.
