About 6 months ago my world rocked. My relationship with the love of my life unraveled, I came home annoyed and frustrated and stressed from work, and was constantly stressed about not having enough money. I was not in a good place mentally. I was thinking far too many negative thoughts! And you know what the Universe says ‘I don’t want X’ will bring you more of X’!

My best friend texted me around this time saying ‘Thank you so much for lending me your book The Secret, I just finished it and I feel amazing! I’ll give it to you in a couple weeks when I next see you.” I couldn’t believe how much I had applied the LOA without even knowing it! I had manifested all the stress and anxiety into my life! I had completely forgotten about The Secret, how to use it to change my thoughts and feelings. I had forgotten to feel good and happy and above all, grateful!

I couldn’t wait to have Ronda Bryne’s The Secret returned to me. I watched the film on Netflix almost every day for a week! I felt instantly happier! I realized how my thoughts had made me stressed and anxious and how it was only causing more things to come into my life to make me more stressed and anxious!

I wrote down exactly what I wanted in my life! For this story I am solely going to focus on manifesting my dream job and how I managed to change my life and be offered not one but two dream job offers! Both on the same day!

I wrote down exactly what I wanted in my dream job. I was earning 25k a year, and wanted to be earning 40k. I wanted to have days working from home. I wanted to remain in the Interiors Industry and work in design. I wanted to work with amazing, funny, friendly colleagues, for a company who would truly value me. I put this out into the Universe and then I let it go! This is something you must learn to do, and it took me a while to learn what this meant! Letting go means, changing your thinking to think and feel and act as if you already have it. I would think ‘ If I was walking to my dream job just now, I would be walking to work with a smile on my face, listening to a great soundtrack, with a skip in my step! I am so excited to get to work! ‘ And this is exactly how I thought on my way to work.

At work, whenever I thought something negative, I would stop my thought immediately, take a moment, and imagine the feeling I would be feeling in my dream job, how happy, excited, valued and amazing I would feel, and I felt that way all the time! I trusted the Universe that it was coming. I never doubted that my dream job was coming. I knew it was already there, in my ‘vortex’ as Abraham Hicks would say. I just had to match my vibrational energy to that which already exists to manifest it into the physical.

I read The Secret every night, then I read The Magic and practiced all the practices every day. I woke up every day in the best mood! Every day was the best day! I imagined the job offer coming, I imagined the email! I imagined the phone call and screamed and jumped for joy that it had happened for me! I talked about it to all my friends. I gave thanks all throughout my day until falling asleep, holding my gratitude rocks, thinking about the best thing that had happened that day.

I also created vision boards, and pinned them up in my success corner. I listened to manifesting abundance meditations. I listened to feel good music, and watched only feel good things.

Before I started all of this, I had been to three interviews and not progressed passed the first interview. Two other companies didn’t even offer me an interview. But now after applying The Secret, I got two, final stage interviews, both one day apart in the same week, for these amazing jobs at amazing companies, all with the criteria I had asked for! I knew this was the LOA working it’s magic!

I said to myself that I was going to get both jobs, and by the end of the week I would have two job offers to choose from! I imagined both companies fighting over me!

And guess what?! Yesterday, I received a call from both companies and both have offered me the job! The feedback I got was incredible too! I couldn’t believe it!

I have just signed the acceptance for an official job offer with one of the companies and they want me to start in 3 weeks!

Please don’t ever give up, if you think ‘this is not working’ then the Universe will respond to that and it won’t work. Get in the habit of feeling good and live in the end result. I promise you, this works!
